Is my order on its way?

We aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Allow up to 5 business days during any sales period. Please check your inbox for order confirmation and despatch information.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

Once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled or amended so please choose carefully!

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately given the type of products offered, we do not accept refunds or exchanges on purchases due to health regulations. If you feel you have received a damaged or faulty product please shoot us an email at hello@thefoxtan.co.za and we will do our best to chase the mailman down and hurt him, jokes jokes!


I have a discount code, can I apply it after purchase?

Once an order has been placed unfortunately we cannot amend. We recommend you keep your code for your next order.
